Your Last X Factor Weekend Starts here!

Andrea Faustini This is the big one! The last X Factor of 2014! Aired on TV3 and sponsored by DoneDeal, we’re looking forward to seeing who will finally show us they have the X Factor and be crowned winner. The songs that Fleur East, Andrea Faustini, and Ben Haenow will be singing in the The X Factor Live Final 2014 tomorrow night have been revealed. Our favourite pug loving Italian Andrea Faustini will be belting out “Feeling Good” by Nina Simone as well as “Earth Song” by Michael Jackson which he wowed audiences with early in the season. If he wins he will sing “I Didn’t Know My Own Strength” by Whitney Houston. Ben Haenow is sticking to his rocker roots with “Demons” by Imagine Dragon.  Like Andrea his song of the series is also by MJ, he’ll be crooning “Man in the Mirror”.  If he wins we’ll be treated to One Republic’s “Something I need”. Fleur East Fleur East’s song of the series was “Uptown Funk” given her take on it made the iTunes chart in the UK this week.  Her main song is “Can’t Hold US” by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.  If she wins she will also be singing One Republic’s “Something I Need”. Andrea is up against it as his mentor Mel B may have to miss out on this weekend’s X Factor final as she has been struck down by a mystery illness. Our favourite former Spice Girl’s act Andrea Faustini may not have the support of his mentor as she is said to be worried about passing on the bug to him. An X Factor spokesperson said: “There’s a chance she won’t make it, absolutely. It’s bad timing but she can’t help that she’s ill.” Meanwhile Simon says he’s pleased he didn’t hire Lily Allen as an X Factor judge. Allen tweeted she was suspicious that Fleur East sang the song in the semi-final before it was released by Sony, the partner label of Simon Cowell’s Syco. Drama as MelB is ill & Simon hits back at Lily Allen But Cowell has dismissed Allen’s tweets, saying she should “stop bleating”. He told The Mirror: “Why not be happy for another artist and say congratulations instead of thinking of some stupid conspiracy theory. Lily should stop bleating on about all this. Fleur needed this break, got the chance, she totally killed it.” He added that he had previously asked Allen to be a judge on the Saturday night entertainment show, but was pleased he decided to turn her down. “The irony is I spoke to Lily about being a judge. And from what I took from the meeting, she was seriously considering it. Thank God I said no. She’d be a barrel of laughs.” So, tune in to TV3 this weekend to catch the next live final, on Saturday 13 December at 8.30pm and Sunday 14 December at 8.00pm. WIN tickets to X Factor LIVE!
